BFL Journal C2W5D5

Thoughts: Where is my challenge packet? :)

My Snapfish “before” and 4 week photos are probably going to arrive before my packet does at this rate.

My legs are slightly sore today. I’m not sure if it was the LBWO from Wednesday or the heavy-duty intervals I did yesterday for cardio on the treadmill followed immediately by an hour of tai chi, but the hamstrings are very tight this morning and my left ankle feels a little strained.

I had a late start this morning and decided to clean up the disaster area that was my kitchen instead of rushing through an upper body workout on the weights at home. I really wanted to use the heavier weights at the gym, but there just wasn’t time this morning. I’ve got my gym bag packed, though, and I’m not going home tonight until I’ve knocked out the UBWO properly at the gym. What a way to spend Friday night! :P
