BFL Journal C2W5D7

Thoughts: I am torn about the extra cardio thing today. The Hussman site says that up to 30 minutes of moderate, steady-state cardio can be done on the usual exercise free day to boost fat loss, but my legs feel burned out this morning after a whole week of “extra” cardio and a full day of walking around the mall, Super Target, and Petco yesterday. I think I might just take it easy and do pilates instead.

I had a fun free day yesterday between the shopping, California Pizza Kitchen, and a yummy 11 pm bowl of Breyer’s Low Fat Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream last night. My total came to about 2000 calories for the day, which is right on target.

Today is homebody day. I spent more than I planned to yesterday on clothing and a copy of Neverwinter Nights Platinum edition at EB Games, and then I finished the day off with a trip to the Petco for a 20 lb bag of cat food and Super Target for groceries. I’m going to spend today recovering from Saturday’s dissipations, getting my laundry done, cooking another batch of meals, drawing, and THEN maybe playing some games.
