Thoughts: My sleep and eating patterns have been off all weekend. I’ve missed my final meals two or three times because I keep falling asleep at 10 pm. I’m going to start paying more attention to this problem and make an effort to get in meal 6 no matter what. The potluck karaoke party at my place in combination with Daylight Savings just threw my schedule off.
The leftover holiday cookies from the grocery store keep calling to me, today, too, which is not a very good thing. There should be a law against chocolate-dipped sugar cookies with sprinkles, or at least a version that isn’t 75 calories per cookie.

The Awful Truth:
1. Ate pretty badly yesterday–lots of chocolate and not enough meals. I came in lower than my planned high zigzag, and will have to make it up today (Sunday).

2. Started off the day with three proper meals.
3. Finished the laundry.
4. Kitchen is spotless after the potluck dinner.
