Thoughts: I just had the most brilliant thought this morning as I was browsing the Bodyforlife.com web site to check out the changes. (Thank goodness they updated it recently. The old site was seriously G-H-E-T-T-O.)

Since there aren’t any set dates for entering the challenge this year, nor are there any set dates for the Abs Diet 6 week challenge, I should totally bulk back up hardcore to gain as much muscle as possible over the next two months even if it shoots me back up to 145, take some “Before” pics at the height of my clean bulk fluffiness in a too tight bikini that will cause all kinds of rolls and lumps to appear, and THEN start an official challenge cycle to achieve the most dramatic results possible! I’ll then dump off 20 pounds of blubber in 12 weeks by neurotically counting and zigzagging calories, ignoring the palm-fist rules, and going turbo with the extra cardio that BFL purists are always slamming down and win enough money to buy myself a cute little cottage somewhere with my own home gym and enough room for about 20 cats.

Grand idea, no?

Oh whoops…I’ve just revealed my evil plans to about 200 of you regular visitors. Don’t bust me out to the BFL judges, okay? I really want to become an eccentrically wealthy cat lady with uber-buff arms.

Nutrition (1800-2000 calorie maintenance day)
1: 3/4 c. cottage cheese with 3/4 c. strawberries (Crispy treat bar)
2: Pad thai and chicken veggie stir fry (double portion)
3: Crispy treat bar
4: Apricot cheesecake protein bar
5: Healthy take out option at work
6: 3×1 spinach and tomato omelette with 1/3 c. (dry) oatmeal

Supplements:
Multivitamin with iron
Calcium 500 + D
1 T. flax seed oil

Calories eaten / deficit for yesterday = 1990 / -24 (target 0)
Water: 20 cups
Ratios: 37% carb / 38% protein / 25% fat

8:30 am Steady state road run with 20 m sprints
10:00 pm 20 minute yoga cd

The Awful Truth:
1. Skipped tai chi and the gym entirely and went for a run outside instead.
2. Had Pad Thai at lunch. YUMMY, but not technically clean food, heh.

1. Stuck with my planned meals yesterday.

Short-term Goals: (Same as Tuesday since I still need to get this stuff done)
1. Clean the kitchen.
2. Put new graphics card back into old computer so I can at least format the drives and reinstall the OS.
3. Take current bulking progress pics.
4. Do not play with karaoke machine or Sims until all of the above are done.
