Challenge 3 (Maintenence/Bulking) Week 6 Update & Photos

I’m now 6 weeks into my third challenge, so I figured I’d better get some update pics up.

Current Workout Routine:
Monday- Max-OT back/biceps/abs
Tuesday- 1 hour tai chi class; 20 minutes HIIT
Wednesday- Max-OT chest/shoulders/triceps
Thursday- 1 hour tai chi class; 20 minutes HIIT or 30 minutes steady-state cardio
Friday- Oxygen high-rep LBWO (Jan 05 issue, page 100) alternated with Max-OT legs
Saturday- 45 minutes moderate steady-state cardio
Sunday- Rest

Current Nutrition Plan:
M/T/W/Th/F/Su: 2000-2100 calories maintenance
Sa: 2200-2400 calories free day

Supplements:
Multivitamin (daily)
Calcium 500 + D (daily)
1 T. flax seed oil (daily)

1/2 t. GNC Creastack (weight training days only) mixed into pre- and post-workout whey-based protein shake

40% carb/40% protein/20% fat ratio

I weighed in at 134.6 lbs as of this morning, which is actually a pound more than I weighed at the end of my first BFL challenge. I think I look leaner and more defined now than I did back in August, don’t you?

I was a bit skinnier looking back in September. No dramatic changes, but maybe I’m a bit broader across the shoulders and fuller in the arms in the second pic.
