Fitness Journal C3W7D1

Thoughts: It seems that my sister and I bought Dad a toilet for Christmas.

My father is one of those guys for whom it is impossible to shop. If he wants something, he just buys it for himself instead of dropping hints to his gainfully-employed offspring and spouse like other people with more patience do. So when his birthday and Xmas roll around in December, there’s literally nothing that he needs or wants besides a family outing to the Crazy Buffet Asian fusion restaurant near SR 436 and 434. (You get to eat free on your birthday–free all you can eat crab legs and sushi!)

Anyhow, my sis and I wound up getting Dad two Home Depot gift cards for the holidays, figuring that there would be something he’d eventually want or need from there since he’s semi-retired and spends the day puttering around the house and garden. We were thinking spring planting stuff–seedlings, plants, etc.

Well, it turns out that we were way off the mark. Through some humorous stroke of fate, the toilet tank in the master bathroom of the house stopped working properly this past week, causing all kinds of strife at home as my parents wake up and argue about who gets to use the hall bathroom first, LOL. So off they went to Home Depot with our gift cards to acquire a new toilet!

2: 1 1/3 Thai chicken pasta salad and 1 scoop Myopro whey
3: Apricot cheesecake bar
4: Cottage cheese and blueberries
5: Catered meal at work: 2 rolls smoked salmon, 1 slice roast beef, 1 oz. rack of lamb, 2 cups misc fruit–pineapple, cantaloupe, and grapes–and 1 small roll
6: EFL Rosemary chicken with steamed broccoli and pine nut couscous; 1 c. GoLean Crunch

Supplements:
Multivitamin with iron
Calcium 500 + D
1 T. flax seed oil
1/2 t. GNC Creastack

Calories eaten / deficit for yesterday = ~1600-1800–Didn’t track (target 0)
Water: 12 cups
Ratios: Didn’t track–probably close to 50/30/20

The Awful Truth:
1. Functioning on 5 hours of sleep. Really tired. ZZZZZZZZZZ

Brownie Points:
1. Took my updated 6 week progress pics at last. :)
2. Prepped 3 chicken salads and 4 batches of rosemary chicken with brocc and couscous for the week.
3. Went grocery shopping and restocked again.

Short-term Goals: (Same as Tuesday since I still need to get this stuff done)
1. Pick up some peanut butter to make bars.
2. Make something out of the eggplant in the fridge.
