LL C2W1D4: Veggie Maven

Okay, I know most of you are going to make the :yuck: face when I admit this, but I just nuked some frozen Brussels sprouts that I had the strangest urge to buy at the grocery store, and um…WOW.

I wuvs them! :eat:

I’m starting to believe that there’s no vegetable I don’t like to some degree, even celery (as long as there’s peanut butter around).

Sure makes being a health nut easier.

Nutrition: Training Day Menu

1: Kashi Crispy bar
2: 2×1 omelette, plum, 2 T. raisins
3: Turkey patty, 3/4 c. mixed veggies, plum
4: 1/2 can tuna, 1/2 c. Brussels sprouts, nectarine
5: Thai chicken pasta salad
6: 40 g soy TVP sauteed with 1 c. cauliflower and shitake mushrooms

Daily Supplements: multivitamin with iron, calcium 500 + D, 1 T. flaxseed oil or natural peanut butter, 1 t. GNC Creastack
Water: 16 cups minimum
