TT W13D3: Quick Check-In

I am not liking the Silk soy milk I bought this week. $1 off coupon or not, I am going back to 8th Continent Light next week as it is much tastier and half the calories. The cough is almost completely gone though I feel like there is mucous just drying up all over the place in my nasal passages. :crazy:

Feeling the onset of DOMS in my shoulders and thighs from workout with Ashlee yesterday and Forza last night.

Still slightly puffy from weekend cheat meals and end of TOM, but slowly getting back to normal.

Will write a long, insightful Kyra-esque essay on why the movie “300″ has made it suddenly acceptable for geeky “I’m above the shallow pursuit of physical beauty” type guys to lust after six-pack abs in a day or two when I have more time.
