I had a good (but not very productive) Sunday. We slept in, then hustled over to have lunch with Chris’s mother at her place out in Solivita, a retirement golf community an hour and a half away in Poinciana. We had lunch at the Grille restaurant (ham with pineapple/raisin chutney glaze, veggie medley, and mashed potatoes with a house salad) then went back to my future MIL’s house to help her update her computer and look at (snicker) nekkid slides of my fiance’ as a baby.
Muahahahahaha… :jester:
None of the gardening or bulk cooking (except for a huge batch of chicken breasts and my usual 21 steam boiled eggs) got done, but the laundry is more or less ready to be folded and put away and the dishes are all loaded up in the dishwasher. I have yet to even bust open the box for my brand new Rubbermaid Configurations Closet organization system I ordered from Amazon last week. Other people dream of shiny new electronics. I just want a tidy closet.
I’m a bit bloated due to the extra sodium I had this weekend, but oh well…I have a week of clean eats and workouts before my next official set of progress pics and stats, thank goodness. One good, long cardio session and a gallon of water should get me back to 141.
Anyhow, back on the wagon this morning with 30 minutes of Forza drills and 30 more minutes of Forza routines plus 60 minutes of Yoga X scheduled for tonight. All meals for today are packed and at the ready, but I still need to bulk chop and prep the meals for the week this evening after my workouts.

3) 3 oz. grilled chicken breast, 2 c. raw spinach, 2 c. iceberg lettuce mix, 1 c. grapes, 2 T. salsa
4) 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1 T. cocoa, 1.25 c. strawberries
5) 4 oz. grilled chicken breast, 1.5 c. steamed broccoli, 1 pear
6) 1 c. light soy milk, 1/2 scoop whey, 1 oz. walnuts
Supplements: 1 multivitamin, 1 calcium 600+D, 6 fish oil capsules, 1 serving l-Glutamine
