As some of you may or may not know, when I am not obsessively blogging about what I eat, what I did in the gym, or what I’m doing to pinch my pennies, I earn a living designing user interfaces (2D screens, buttons, icons, etc.) for third-party video game developer n-Space. I’ve also done some scripting and voiceover work for the company (if you’ve ever played the Nintendo Game Cube title Geist, I’m the creepy little ghost girl), but mostly, I tinker with Photoshop all day and try to figure out how to make something look very good with only 256 colors and 32×32 pixels.
Last year I worked on the user interface of a little Nintendo DS game known as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
Here is a rather flashy trailer for the Japanese release of the game.
