Muscle & Fitness Hers 12-Week Makeover Program

For those who were interested, here is the Muscle & Fitness Hers 12-Week Makeover Program I am pulling my upper body workouts from for the rest of the year. As I’ve mentioned before, if your goal is really the Red Carpet Ready look, you probably don’t want to train this way because you WILL build stronger, larger, more visible muscles, especially if you follow the 1800-1900 calorie diet plan as well.

This plan is a lot more “American Gladiator” than “Alias”.

I’m using it for my upper body since I prefer a more obviously warrior princess look up there vs. Hollywood lean and slender since I have a lot of leg muscle to balance out.

  2. Thanks for posting this, You have acutally jogged my memory. I have been struggling to get back to the weights, but lacking motivation and focus I have been going nowhere fast. I downloaded the PDF and then after looking at it realized that I have that article already, and I have even done the program last time i wanted to kick-start my weights. So thanks! I think that this is exactly what I needed.

  4. p.s. in our discussions about your blog (on a message board which shall remain unnamed unless you ask for it) everyone talks about how much potential you have to be sculpted and curvy with muscle. As a person in tech and being around us nerds you must know that nerdy guys love the curvy, muscular anime super heroines. It’s that amazing combo of cute and feminine with raw powerful curvy muscle mass. You have the cuteness and femininity down pat.

    Ok now I’ll quit while I’m behind. hehe.
