Simply brilliant. How on earth did you find out how to do this? I've spend the past two days (really about 4 hours total) trying to figure this out. After installing Final Cut Pro, my tablet stopped working. Nothing on the Wacom site points to this solution. And reading from the other comments, this is not an uncommon problem. If you're ever in NYC, I owe you a beer. Brilliant. Simply brilliant. How on earth did you find out how to do this? After experiencing a power surge, my wacom tablet went into a coma. I tried installing & uninstalling different drivers over and over again, to no avail. Then I came across this posting after scouring google for answers. You are a genius. I followed your instructions (and the tweaks posted by other users re: Macs) and voila! Like the previous user stated, on OS X 10.4 you need to click on the About button and then click on the command key when you click on Diagnose, then the rest works as described in the article.
