9/30/07 - Mega Challenge Week 2
9/30/07 - Week 2 Progress: Back on the wagon for a total of 3 weeks at this point since I started working out on 9/10. NOT loving the back view, but that is where I store most of my subcutaneous fat, so it will be the last place to lean out.
I am lifting with a 4 day body part split at this point. I do 30 minutes of cardio on lifting days after my weight routine, and one full hour of cardio on Wednesdays and Saturdays as well as 30 minutes of 5k training on Sunday. My cardio is a mix of interval and steady state, with 3 days devoted to running and the others spread out between stationary bike, elliptical, and Forza.
