10/14/07 - Week 4
Week 4 of the Mega Challenge, and I am starting to lean out slightly. The scale weight is slow to shift, but I am stronger, and there is less upper hip and tricep fat now.
For weeks 4 and 5, I changed my training to Femgenix lifting M/W/F with 30 minutes of non-running cardio, T/Th with 45 minutes of 5k training, Saturday with an hour of Forza, and Sunday with 30 minutes of 5k training/racing.
Meals are around 1500-1700 calories per day at this point, with one optional cheat item and one full cheat meal (to be taken on my single 2000 calorie day) per week.
